Despite last minute pretrial negotiations, the Orioles faced off against All Star Right Handed reliever Brad Brach today in arbitration court, according to Ed Encina of the Baltimore Sun.

The Orioles have not lost a trial since they sparred with Ben McDonald back when the whole ugly mess occurred in season.

The results will be know tomorrow morning. All other players agreed to contracts other than Caleb Joseph who, after going an entire season with no home runs and RBIs, lost his case.

Update: Brach Wins trial. First Orioles loss in the Duquette Era.
