Cameron Bishop was selected as a overslot last season in the MLB Draft. He signed at the latest possible moment. Last evening he pitched seven innings, did not allow a run and struck out five. He is the Orioles Hangout MiLB Player of the Day.

  • John Means threw seven innings of two run baseball striking out six and walking one.
  • Renato Nunez went 2-for-4.

Frederick Keys (38 – 43) Lost 10 to 1 – Class A Advanced

Delmarva Shorebirds (41 – 38) Lost 4 to 3 – Class A

Aberdeen IronBirds (8 – 9) Lost 4 to 1 – Class A Short Season

GCL Orioles (4 – 8) Lost 12 to 2 – Rookie

  • Drew Rom, Orioles fourth round overslot selection from this year, pitched four innings allowing only a run and striking out two.

Michael Williams
Michael Williams has been an Orioles fan since the sixties when his family moved from Reading Pa to York Pa. Also, the Phillies and 1964. His Grandfather got the Chef Boyardee box seats and Mike was hooked. Brooks Robinson calls him not a fan, but a friend.
