Aderlin Rodriguez’s bat was hot, almost as hot as the “feels-like” temperature was in Bowie.  The first-baseman went 4 for 5 with a double, two homeruns, three runs scored and 7 RBI.  He is the Orioles Hangout MiLB Player of the Day.

 

NORFOLK TIDES (69-71) LOST 3-2 TO DURHAM – AAA

  • Anthony Santander went 1 for 4 with a homerun, 1 run scored, 2 RBI and a strikeout.

 

BOWIE BAYSOX (67-71) WON 17-6 OVER ALTOONA – AA

  • Ademar Rifaela went 4 for 5 with a double, 2 homeruns, 2 runs scored, 5 RBI and a strikeout.
  • Zach Pop pitched 2.0 scoreless innings surrendering 1 hit while striking out 1.

 

FREDERICK KEYS (65-72) WON 2-1 OVER MYRTLE BEACH – A (ADV.)

  • Collin Woody went 1 for 3 with a homerun, a run scored and 2 RBI.
  • Cristian Alvarado pitched 5.0 innings and gave up 1 run on 4 hits while walking 1 and striking out 1.

 

DELMARVA SHOREBIRDS (68-66) WON 9-5 IN 13 INNINGS OVER LAKEWOOD – A (LOW)

  • Trevor Craport went 2 for 4 with 3 runs scored, 1 RBI, a walk and was hit by a pitch.
  • Cameron Ming pitched 6.0 scoreless innings and gave up 5 hits while striking out 5.

 

ABERDEEN IRONBIRDS (38-37) WON 8-7 OVER HUDSON VALLEY – A (SHORT)
