D.L. Hall pitched 5.0 scoreless innings for the Frederick Keys to record his first win of the season.  He gave up just 1 hit while walking 1 and striking out 8.  He is the Orioles Hangout MiLB Player of the Day.

NORFOLK TIDES (8-14) WON 16-14 AT LOUISVILLE – AAA

  • Anthony Santander went 3 for 6 with 1 run scored, 2 doubles, 2 RBI and 1 strikeout.
  • Luis Gonzalez gave up 2 runs on 1 hit while walking 1 and striking out 3 over 1.1 innings of relief.

BOWIE BAYSOX (4-17) LOST 5-3 TO AKRON– AA

  • Brett Cumberland went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored, 1 homerun, 1 RBI and 1 walk.
  • Zac Lowther gave up 4 runs on 4 hits with 3 walks, 4 strikeouts and 1 wild pitch over 4.1 innings pitched.

FREDERICK KEYS (9-12) WON 7-0 AT WINSTON-SALEM – A (ADV.)

  • Jomar Reyes went 3 for 5 with 3 runs scored, 1 homerun, 2 RBI and 1 strikeout.
  • Luis Perez surrendered no runs on 2 hits with 7 strikeouts over 4.0 innings of relief.

DELMARVA SHOREBIRDS (16-2) AND AUGUSTA WERE POSTPONED – A (LOW)
