David Hess allowed four runs earned runs and one unearned. After six the Orioles trailed 6-1.

The club rallied for three runs in the seventh and another three in the eighth. Trey Mancini tripled with two away to drive in the final two runs. The comeback was complete.

Branden Kline, who closed out the eight with two strikeouts, allowed a hit after an out in the ninth. Paul Fry walked two and Mychal Givens two also before losing the game on a sacrifice fly.
