The Cleveland Indians have signed Mark Reynolds to a one year 6 million dollar contract. He can earn another 1.5 million with incentives. The Orioles never offered him a contract after declining his 11 million dollar option. The Orioles then non-tendered Mark, avoiding arbritation that Dan Duquette said could have reached 14 million dollars.
