• Chen pitched well but a gaff on a double play ball  by Wilson Betemit prolonged an inning and he was removed in the third on his pitch count.  He had four strike outs and gave up one hit.
• Casilla, Pridie and Flaherty all had important hits for the Orioles.
• Lew Ford, who is having a big spring, hit a solo home run.  
• Troy Patton pitched the final two frames to earn the save.
