Orioles Defeat Blue Jays 3 to 1 on 3-16

Jake Arrieta pitched 4 and 2/3ds innings. He struggled with command a few times but made it through the outting fairly unscathed. Mark Schlereth bailed him out of his final jam.

Lew Ford, Taylor Teagargen and Danny Valencia all doubled off Jay starter J.A. Happ  to account for the Orioles first two runs and a late Trayvon Robinson double accounted for the third.

Lew Ford had another double which went for naught when a bases loaded double play and fly out squelched the rally.

Troy Patton handled the  eighth inning and two outs in the ninth.

Dan McCutchen recorded the final out.
