Cody Sedlock is the Orioles MiLB player of the game. The crown jewel of last season’s draft did more than impress all the scouts and baseball professionals yesterday. He showed all the tools to be fast tracked to the big league club in short order.

– Chance Sisco Two Doubles

– Chris Lee 3.1 Innings pitched eight earned runs. One K, Two walks.

 

(1-0) Baysox [AA] Won 4 to 1

Audry Perez  4 for 5

– Sean Coyle  3 for 4

– John Means Six inning pitched with three hits. One Earned run, One Walk, Six Ks.

 

(1-1) Keys [A+] Won 5 to 1

– Jomar Reyes 3 for 4
– Ryan Mountcastle 2 for 4
– Austin Hays 2 for 5
Stephen Wilkerson homered and had two hits
– Cody Sedlock pitched six inning and allowed two hits he struck out five and walked one
Reports from the field say that Sedlock looked every bit the “moster” that he was reported to be after last year’s draft.
