Of course, no team runs on all cylinders at all times. Look at some of the Yankee hitters: Cano .240, Arod .250. Swisher .235 Martin .133....but even if Hardy was hitting .240 or better or if Nick werent hitting .200 or Reynolds wasnt hitting .150 imagine how potent this team would be. The Orioles have been living off the home run and gotten some solid pitching from Jake, Hammel, and Chen and a much improved bullpen. That said, the O's need some kind of production from Reynolds and Hardy and Nick. There's just too much of a load on 4 players: Jones, Wieters, Reimold and Davis (maybe Andino too) to keep this going. And they must cut their strikeouts down with some patient AB's before I'm ready to say this is more than just a nice run that we have seen other teams have every late Spring. This Angels series will be very telling to me. The Angels are hungry for a sweep and need one badly because Texas looks unstoppable. Pujols (at this writing) has yet to even hit a single home run. I'll be at every game behind home plate..I want to see this for myself. I dont recall any Oriole team in recent years even sniffing a winning record in Anaheim..Lets Go O's!!
