The Orioles fought the Marlins for nine full innings. They lost at home for the eleventh straight time. Orioles achieved fifty losses before twenty wins.
- Alex Cobb pitched seven innings allowing all five runs runs. And he got a four year contract. He cost the Orioles their second round pick. Sounds like a deal.
- Adam Jones went three for five and played horrible defense. One hit was a double. His batting average is now up to .291.
- Manny Machado singled twice. His batting average has risen to .308
- Mychal Givens pitched an inning scoreless.
- Brad Brach too.
Will any of those folks be Orioles this time next month?
