Orioles Lost 4-3

Alex Cobb faced his old club and they got the better of him. Jon Schoop continues to hit with power and Jhan Marinez threw the ball away.

Alex Cobb pitched six official innings having allowed just two runs, it was those pesky runners he allowed without an out in the seventh that did him in. One walk, two strikeouts and three earned runs.

Jonathan Schoop and Chris Davis and Danny Valencia each had two hits on the game.

Paul Fry, Marinez, Tanner Scott and secret closer Mike Wright Jr. all pitched without having runs credited to them.

Michael Williams has been an Orioles fan since the sixties when his family moved from Reading Pa to York Pa. Also, the Phillies and 1964. His Grandfather got the Chef Boyardee box seats and Mike was hooked. Brooks Robinson calls him not a fan, but a friend. He has been a member of the Orioles Hangout since early in the New Millennium and Managing Editor since 2011. Or so it seems. He lives in Harrisburg PA, down by the river. Not currently in a van.
