Orioles lose 2-1 in 12 Innings

John Means was special again. Three Orioles were injured in game. The Orioles did not hit. And fell in extras at the Texas Rangers.

Means pitched six innings allowing just four hits, striking out five and walking one. His one run allowed put his season ERA at 2.67.

Paul Fry took the loss after allowing a run during his second inning of work. Shawn Armstrong, Miguel Castro and Richard Bleier all pitched scorelessly.

Pedro Severino, DJ Stewart and Jon Villar all were removed from the game with injuries. None are immediately scheduled for IR>

Richie Martin homered for the lone Oriole run.
