  • Mason Williams went 2 for 4 with 1 run scored, 1 homerun and 3 RBI.
  • Luis Gonzalez gave up 1 run on 1 hit with 2 walks over 0.2 innings of relief.  His season record dropped to 1-4 with the loss.

SCHEDULED GAME

  • Chris Clare went 1 for 2 with 1 run scored, 1 homerun, 2 RBI, 1 walk and 1 strikeout.
  • Jay Flaa struck out 4 over 3.0 scoreless innings of relief.  Credited with the win, his record is now 2-3.

  • Alex Wells gave up 1 unearned run on 3 hits with 6 strikeouts over 5.0 innings pitched.  With the win, his record improved to 7-1.

FREDERICK KEYS (34-52) LOST 8-3 AT CAROLINA – A (ADV.)

  • Zach Jarrett went 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored, 1 double, 1 homerun and 1 RBI.
  • Cody Sedlock gave up 5 runs on 8 hits with 2 walks and 8 strikeouts over 4.2 innings pitched.  He took the loss to fall to 4-1 on the year.

DELMARVA SHOREBIRDS (61-25) WON 12-3 OVER HAGERSTOWN – A (LOW)

  • Robert Neustrom went 2 for 4 with 1 run scored, 2 RBI, 1 walk and 2 strikeouts.
  • Drew Rom gave up 1 unearned run on 1 hit with 1 walk and 7 strikeouts over 4.1 innings of relief pitched.  He is now 6-1 on the season.

ABERDEEN IRONBIRDS (10-11) WON 5-4 AT BROOKLYN – A (SHORT)

  • Toby Welk went 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored.
  • Morgan McSweeney struck out 3 over 2.0 scoreless innings of relief.  He earned his first win of the season with the effort.

GULF COAST ORIOLES (9-2) WON 3-2 IN 10 INNINGS AT GCL PIRATES – ROOKIE

  • Craig Lewis went 2 for 5 with 1 RBI and 1 strikeout.
  • Dalton Stambaugh gave up 2 hits while walking 1 and striking out 3 over 3.1 scoreless innings of relief.  He earned his first win of the season.
