Mean allowed three runs over five hits and two walks striking out only two. His twelve victories paced the staff.

Shawn Armstrong allowed the fourth run but Tanner Scott, Brendan Kline, Richard Bleier, and Dillon Tate permitted the Bostonians to no joy.
