Starting pitcher John Means made his delayed 2020 debut and showed increased velocity and decreased command. He hit two batters early and one late. He gave up a grand slam to Luke Voit. Means walked one and struck out two lasting only two and a third innings.

Travis Laskins Sr., Miguel Castro, Richard Beier, and Mychal Givens all held the line on the Yankee offense. Even through an extended rain delay.

Cole Sluser imploded with the ninth inning save opportunity allowing three runs and taking the loss.

Orioles battled to win this contest offensively. Hanser Alberto, Rio Ruiz and Pedro Severino all homered. Alberto and Ruiz each were two for four on the day.
