The Baltimore Orioles returned to Oriole Park at Camden Yards after a lost weekend in the Bronx and promptly pounded the Atlanta Braves by a score of 14-1.

A quality start from Jorge Lopez and four homers by the Birds were the order of the day.

Lopez pitched 7.0 innings, allowing 1 run (Freddie Freeman homer) on 5 hits while walking 2 and striking out 3.

D.J. Stewart (2 for 5, 1 R, 4 RBI), Ryan Mountcastle (3 for 5, 1 R, 3 RBI), Jose Iglesias (4 for 4, 3 R, 4 RBI) and Pat Valaika (1 for 2, 1 R, 1 RBI) all homered to lead the offense.

Cedric Mullins contributed a 2 for 5, 3 runs scored, 2 RBI, 1 walk and 1 stolen base effort.

Cole Sulser and Carson Fulmer each pitched an inning of hitless relief.
