The Baltimore Orioles defeated the Minnesota Twins 7-4 on Tuesday, ending the 14 game losing streak.

The win began on the mound with starter Bruce Zimmermann. He gave the team 5.1 solid innings of work, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits, walking 2 and striking out 7. Kyle Garlick did hit a 3rd inning homerun off of Zimmermann, however. Earning the win, his record now sits at an even 3-3.

The Orioles benefited from homeruns by Pedro Severino (1 for 4, 1 R, 1 RBI) and Maikel Franco (1 for 4, 1 R, 1 RBI).

Ryan Mountcastle went 1 for 4 with a double and 1 RBI.

Trey Mancini went 2 for 3 with 1 run scored, 2 RBI and a walk.

Cedric Mullins went 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored and a stolen base. He made the catch of the night in the 3rd inning, robbing Nelson Cruz of a certain extra-base hit.
